SWOT Analysis

Thank you very much for your interest!

Here you will find this information about the Personal SWOT Analysis.

WHAT IS SWOT?

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning technique that is widely used in marketing, to help a product, service or organization to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to the competition, for product / service launches or project planning.

This technique is very powerful when we adapt it to ourselves. In my experience as an entrepreneur coach I have been able to discover the parallels between this tool and personal development.

If we can change or modify things in a product or service, we can also change things in ourselves.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Many times we are like robots all the time we are running and trying to get all the earrings and the things that we must do every day and in the different roles that we fear as parents, children, husbands, at work, business, with the house, the car and few are the moments in which we really stop to see where we are in our life. If we are achieving what we want, the way we want or if we are living our lives with so many problems that we only have time to put out fires. We don't plan much and we just go day by day, trying to do our best, sometimes without energy, and without illusions, but in some other way, we are afraid to do it... why should it be like this?

Because we are afraid to live without thinking and without living the life that we want to design for ourselves. Why not stop and really see what we are doing well or not, correct and start to really have other types of results, manage to do things in the best way and also be better as people.

That is why using this technique in the personal field will help you to plan your life a little better, to know who you are and what you are doing well; On the other hand, it will help you reflect on what you are doing wrong, stop or correct it, or see how you can change it, modify it, and implement actions to really get what you want.

    - Know who you are, know yourself better.

    - Know what your positive and negative points are.

    - Knowing that you must change to have different results and achieve your goals.

We are going to use this tool to identify these elements in IT. We are going to see what are your strengths or abilities that you already have but you have to continue improving them and that you do not have, you need or that you must have in order not to continue having the problems you had, to achieve different results and achieve the goals you want.

HOW IS IT DIVIDED?

We divide it into 4:

INTERNAL ANALYSIS EXTERNAL ANALYSIS
POSITIVE Strengths Opportunities
NEGATIVE Weaknesses Threats

The SWOT analysis consists of both internal and external factors that impact our lives. Let's refine the text to emphasize the positive and negative aspects:

    Internal Analysis:
The internal analysis focuses on the aspects that are inherent to us as individuals or are part of our lives. Strengths represent the positive attributes, abilities, and qualities that make us unique and contribute to our success. It is important to maintain and reinforce these strengths as they play a vital role in achieving our goals and generating good results. On the other hand, weaknesses are the areas that require improvement because they can negatively affect our lives. Working on these weaknesses is crucial to avoid potential obstacles and enhance our overall well-being.

    External Analysis:
The external analysis revolves around the activities or factors that we desire as outcomes, which will shape our future. Opportunities are the positive elements that we need to work on in order to capitalize on them. By recognizing and leveraging these opportunities, we can enhance our personal growth, seize new prospects, and attain better results. Conversely, threats are the negative aspects that need to be eliminated or mitigated as they can lead to chaos or detrimental consequences in our lives. Identifying and addressing these threats promptly is essential to safeguard our well-being and ensure a positive trajectory.

    Positive Elements:
The positive elements encompass both strengths and opportunities. These are the aspects that differentiate us from others and contribute to our personal growth. It is crucial to maintain and reinforce these positive elements as they empower us to achieve our goals, stand out, and create favorable outcomes in various areas of life.

    Negative Elements:
The negative elements encompass both weaknesses and threats. Neglecting these aspects can bring chaos, hinder our progress, and prevent us from achieving desired results. It is imperative to proactively work on these negative elements to avoid adverse consequences, improve our circumstances, and create a better future for ourselves.
