From Don Tolman A healthy life will help you feel better, focus more on the things you want and achieve your goals. And you only need very few things: - Good nutrition.

- Good hydration.

- Good exercise routine.

- Good sleep.

- Maintain positive thoughts and attitude.

- Fresh air.

- Sun.

- Good nutrition: "We are what we eat." If you really want to be successful, you will need to stay healthy. A healthy person does not waste time and money on doctors, medicines, and health problems. To undertake things, be active, think correctly, stay focused and feel good to do what you want a lot of energy. Someone with excess weight has limitations that make it difficult to move with ease or perform various activities because they will quickly feel exhausted and yet they need that energy that they lack to achieve their goals. Eating the right diet will give you energy and keep your body and brain in good shape to do whatever you want, anytime, anywhere. Also, you are helping your body system to be great, which will make you feel great. It is also important to have at least 3-4 meals per day, at the same time. Discipline also applies to what we eat, how and when we do it.

- Good hydration: water, water and more water !!! Water is the main component of the human body, which has it in a percentage of 80% at birth and about 60% in adulthood. Approximately 65% ‹of this water is inside the cells and the rest circulates in the blood and bathes the tissues. (According to HH Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water and the lungs are approximately 83% water. The skin contains 64%, the muscles and the kidneys 79% , and even the bones are watery: 31%).

- Good exercise routine. I mentioned this before, but really your body only needs 20 to 30 minutes of continuous movement. You need to walk to stay active, the body needs it to operate, manage energy, digest, etc. Exercising and being healthy brings us happiness. As a coach, I have been conducting this experiment with people depressed as a result of a major personal loss, and the first thing I ask of them is to get out there and exercise. Immediately the chemical agents in their brains begin to undergo changes, they feel better, they lose weight, their limbs receive more oxygen, their nervous and digestive systems begin to function better. When you modify one of your variables, as I mentioned before, the others change. In this case, the body dimension has changed, and that is why their emotions and mentality vary and they are no longer the same person that they did not like to be a long time ago.

- Good sleep: we need a certain amount of good hours to rest the body, to allow it to regenerate, to recover the molecules that we lost, to revitalize ourselves for training or any physical activity, to recharge the batteries. A good dream would have to unfold after 10 p.m. and before 6 a.m., although there is no fixed rule neither in the time slot nor in the number of hours necessary to be perfect, but most people need between 6 and 8 hours to rest well. But good uninterrupted sleep and a routine maintaining a regular schedule is best. And the most important thing of all is that you have a well established schedule to go to sleep and another to get up. Successful people, as I've already mentioned, are usually people who wake up very early and do a visualization routine for the rest of the day

- Positive thoughts: it will help you to focus more, to be more effective, creative, consent to what you want, feel happier and if you add all this together it helps you achieve your goals more easily and helps you to be more in the present. But if on the contrary we focus on the bad or on what could happen (future) without knowing if it will happen or not, only setting expectations on something inserted or on what happened in the past and only regretting what we could not do or what we did wrong, this only limits us and makes us feel bad in addition to stressing us and negative thinking limits us, positive thinking expands us. Also positive thinking gives positive attitudes and these in turn will give you good results.

- Take fresh air: Regardless of the time of year, we must always take advantage of the outdoors. Here are 6 reasons why you should spend time purifying your lungs to improve your well-being:

* Fresh air is good for your digestive system

* Fresh air helps improve blood pressure and heart rate

* Fresh air makes you happier

* Fresh air strengthens your immune system

* Fresh air cleans your lungs

* Fresh air gives you more energy and a sharper mind - Take a little sun every day:

Did you know that if you take a little sunlight it will help you considerably to reduce jet lag, but it can also help you for the following:

* Improve mood

* Avoid eating too much
