Human beings have four dimensions: the Physical, the Mental, the Emotional and the Spiritual and the idea to have a better productivity, a full Happiness is to keep these 4 dimensions in balance.
Here I show you a list of good habits for the 4 dimensions of your existence. The way to keep these 3 areas in balance is with one: DAILY ROUTINE.
"The saddest thing in life is waking up one day thinking that you could have been, done and had much more." - Robin Sharma
You can create your own routine, the important thing is to fulfill rituals where you include the four elements and you can choose between these activities listed above. That is why in my daily life I try to strictly follow the following essential habits and with these to maintain good discipline and thereby achieve the desired results. Some of these rituals I have been practicing for years, but others I have assimilated in my daily life since I began studying with my mentor Blair Singer, with rituals incorporated by other wise mentors, such as Don Tolman, Jim Kwik and Hal Elrod.
I start my day very early to do the following SAVERS exercises and thus SAVE my life according to HAL ELROD in her book "Miracle Morning". It is normally a 60 minute routine, but if you don't have time you can dedicate a minute to each one, the important thing is not to stop doing it. I in particular do it this way:
Silence - 15 to 20 minutes
Affirmations - 5 minutes
Viewing - 5 minutes
Exercise - minimum 30-60 minutes
Reading - 10 to 20 minutes
Scribing - 10 minutes
And I carry it out in the following order:
- Silence: It consists of staying a few minutes in peace after waking up. Allow your body to adjust to its new waking state and do not rush to suddenly incorporate it into the routine or as if you were a robot. Being silent will make it easier for you to relax your mind and body, calm your spirit, and will also help you reduce stress, increase awareness and gain clarity that allows you to focus on your goals, priorities and everything that is most important in your life. life, every day.
It is very important to stay away from the mobile phone because it is distracting, just checking the messages already takes you twenty minutes without almost realizing it. The first thing you should do is drink water, since for several hours your body has not even shown any signs of needing it, which does not mean that it does not become dehydrated, so let's never wait to be too thirsty as this will cause us fatigue.
In addition, our body is made up of 80% water and at night it regenerates, for which it uses a lot of energy and water, and it must be replaced. I usually drink a glass of water at room temperature, and sometimes hot with lemon and ginger, especially in winter when the temperature is low. You can also brush your teeth simply to take time to fully awaken. And the way to do it is with the changed hand to force the brain to learn new things and stimulate neurons. Using your body in a certain way activates your mind. I just drink water and jump straight to sit upright to meditate.
I already mentioned several methods to be silent before but I like to do the Dr. Wayne Dayer meditation "Ah meditation", which is 20 minutes in total, but the last fifteen with affirmations, so we take two steps in one. I also practice breathing techniques where you count the number of exhalations, holding the same number of times and repeating the process as many times as you see fit.
Remember that there is no set time for these types of activities, since this will depend on your own perception of well-being and the needs that you demand in the development of your life strategy. It would be an unforgivable mistake to impose a timing from the moment you wake up in the morning since this would condition the rest of your day. Experiment with your body and feel good.
After doing Silence or meditation, I do:
- Affirmations: I love this exercise because it helps you develop a unique mindset and shape what you want for your day and for yourself. I take my cards and read them aloud or with my hand on my heart or I write in my notebook the affirmations that I feel I need today or affirmations that I heard or that I found in a book or information that comes to
